Istituto Svizzero di Roma

Based in both Rome and Milan, the Istituto Svizzero is the largest Swiss cultural centre in Italy. Since its inception in 1947, the institute has promoted cultural exchange between the two countries in the fields of fine art and scientific research. The institute’s Roman headquarters, located in the beautiful Villa Maraini, hosts a rich programme of events that includes exhibitions, workshops, screenings and symposiums.
